Note:  

1.  With all these designs; they can be stitched out and left as they are, or

2.   You can turn the fabric over and trim carefully just the bobbin thread and that will make loopy flowers. 

3.  For fringe flowers, turn fabric over and trim the embroidery thread to the outside of the flower and this will make the flowers fringe.  Just fluff up from the right side of the fabric.
